Role Description The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the end-to-end hiring process for various roles at BrightCHAMPS. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system. The intern will assist in managing communication with candidates, support employer branding initiatives, and help improve recruitment processes for efficiency and fairness. Collaboration with hiring managers and the HR team will be essential to understand role requirements, align on selection criteria, and contribute to a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
Ability to support Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and candidate follow-up.Skills in Interviewing and Hiring, with a focus on structured assessments and fair, unbiased evaluation.Interest in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization’s culture and values across recruitment channels.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Comfort with using digital tools, applicant tracking systems, and professional networking platforms.Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.Demonstrated enthusiasm for talent acquisition, learning, and working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
