Role OverviewAs a Talent Acquisition Executive at Amagi, you will take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle across a portfolio of business functions - starting with understanding hiring needs and crafting sourcing strategies, through to managing assessments, aligning stakeholders, and closing offers. You will work as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders, contributing to hiring plans, sharing insights on market trends and talent availability, and helping drive outcomes that fuel Amagi's growth. We are looking for someone with strong sourcing skills, sound stakeholder and candidate management, and a knack for building trusted relationships across the business.
What will you own?1/ Strategic Business PartnershipAct as the primary recruiting point of contact for assigned business units/functions, building trusted relationships with hiring managers and leadership.Lead intake discussions to translate business goals into hiring plans — role prioritization, must-have vs. nice-to-have criteria, and realistic timelines.Advise stakeholders on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to shape sound hiring decisions.
2/ Full-Cycle RecruitmentOwn requisitions end-to-end: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closure.Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-Ray search, referrals, talent communities, and market mapping.Conduct structured screening to assess both technical fit and alignment with Amagi's culture and values.Manage offer negotiations, balancing candidate expectations with internal parity.
3/ Candidate Experience & EngagementDeliver a consistently high-quality, transparent candidate experience across the funnel.Build long-term relationships with passive candidates and maintain warm talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles.Represent and strengthen the Amagi employer brand in every candidate interaction.
4/ Market Intelligence & Pipeline HealthConduct ongoing talent market research, competitor mapping, and compensation analysis.Maintain a live view of pipeline health, funnel conversion, and time-to-fill across open roles.Continuously test new sourcing channels and talent attraction strategies.
5/ Operational RigorMaintain accurate, real-time candidate and requisition data in the ATS.Report on recruiting metrics (source mix, funnel conversion, time-to-fill, offer acceptance) and use data to improve process efficiency.Ensure recruiting practices remain compliant, consistent, and equitable.
What are we looking for?3–6 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in SaaS, product, or high-growth environments.Proven experience acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers/business leaders, not just an order-taker.Strong sourcing expertise: LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X-Ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques.Demonstrated ability to manage a full requisition lifecycle, including offer negotiation and closure.Strong stakeholder management skills — able to influence, push back constructively, and build credibility with senior leaders.Comfort with data: sourcing metrics, funnel analytics, and pipeline reporting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with ATS and recruitment tools required.
Core CompetenciesStrategic Partnership: Builds trust with business leaders and influences hiring decisions, not just fills requisitions.Full-Cycle Ownership: Manages the entire hiring lifecycle with accountability from intake to close.Stakeholder Management: Navigates competing priorities and pushes back with data and market insight when needed.Talent Intelligence: Understands markets, trends, and competitive landscapes to inform hiring strategy.Conversion Focus: Drives strong candidate engagement and sourcing-to-hire conversion outcomes.Ownership & Execution: Takes accountability, works with urgency, and consistently delivers results.Resilience & Persistence: Demonstrates grit in solving complex hiring challenges and closing difficult searches.
