We are looking for a Technical People Manager is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects, managing technical teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership skills to guide and mentor team members while aligning technical efforts with business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Project Management

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.

Technical Oversight

Provide technical guidance and support to team members.Ensure the implementation of best practices and standards in software development and system architecture.Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and integrate them into the team's workflow.

Strategic Planning

Communication And Collaboration
