Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive, actionable feedback.

Project Management

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.

Technical Oversight

Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to team members. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in software development and system architecture. Track emerging technologies and integrate relevant advancements into the team's workflow.

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement technical strategies that support business growth. Identify opportunities for technological improvement and innovation. Manage the technical budget and allocate resources effectively.

Communication & Collaboration

Act as the liaison between technical teams and other departments. Translate technical concepts and project status into clear updates for non-technical stakeholders. Facilitate effective collaboration within the team and with external partners.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage. Experience: Minimum 10 years in technical roles, including a proven track record in leadership or management positions.

Required Skills

Technical — Mandatory

Proven experience as a Full Stack React Native Developer or in a similar role. Experience building microservice-based desktop and mobile applications. React Native and Node.js — mandatory framework expertise. Front-end languages and libraries: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery. Databases (MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache), and a working understanding of UI/UX design principles.

Technical — Good to Have

Angular React JS
