Posha is one of the rare robotics startups building production-grade consumer robots, with hundreds of units deployed in real homes.
This role involves working on defining system level requirements across different functions of mechanical, electrical, firmware and software.
🔧 What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha?
Convert business, customer & product needs into clear, measurable engineering requirements and specifications.Work with design teams to translate system requirements into subsystem-level specifications & resolve gaps or trade-offs.Work with the validation team to define acceptance criteria and confirm that the final design meets all requirements.
