Job Overview

The team will be responsible for supporting the Localization activities for the Automotive sector in EMEA and the Americas. Their primary focus will be to assist the S&OP Team in day-to-day operations by taking over mainly Capacity studies and other related tasks. The Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Team plays a critical cross-functional role in aligning a company’s demand, supply, finance, and operational plans to ensure balanced, data-driven decisions across the business.

Roles & Responsibility

Provide comprehensive support for the full AUT S&OP monthly cycle, ensuring process adherence and timely execution.Track and follow up on action items arising from S&OP review meetings to drive accountability and closure.Coordinate tool identification efforts (duplication, replacement, localization) by consolidating LTF inputs from Product/Account Managers and aligning final reports with Supply Analysts and Project Managers.Support the Supply S&OP team through in-depth analysis, reporting, and assignments aimed at improving capacity planning, accuracy and responsiveness.Assist in conducting capacity checks on both customer input and internal supply capabilities to provide prompt and reliable feedback to stakeholders.Contribute to periodic and ad hoc reporting requirements with accurate, data-driven insights.Actively participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives, including TEOA activities.

Qualifications / Experience

Bachelor of Engineering (BE) / BTECH (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics)2+ years of experience as Production / Materials planner or similar preferred in the Automotive industryGeneral knowledge of Operations / Manufacturing processesExperience in any Supply Chain function is an advantage.
