We're building the AI-native way companies hire and manage talent including Nova, our AI interviewer that's already screening thousands of candidates across the US, India, and the Middle East.

The RoleWe are hiring a Strategic Partnerships & Alliance Lead to build pipeline into this market through two routes: channel partners that can take Peoplebox.ai into their client base, and industry associations and events that put us in front of the right operators. This is a hands-on role with global scope, focused primarily on the US and Middle East. You will find the right partners, build the case for working together, get agreements moving, and turn each partnership into qualified pipeline. You will work closely with sales, marketing, product, and the founder.

Key ResponsibilitiesBuild a target list of tech partners, resellers, referral partners, back-office outsourcing/HR consulting firms that already serve our Ideal Customer Profile.Open and run partner conversations from first outreach through commercial agreement and launch.Create clear partner propositions, referral or reseller motions, joint account plans, and simple enablement material.Work with sales to turn partner introductions into qualified opportunities and keep deals moving.Build a repeatable operating rhythm for partner pipeline, reviews, and follow-through.Build relationships with industry associations in the US and Middle East.Identify the events, sponsorships, roundtables, and speaking opportunities most likely to reach multi-unit operators.Negotiate packages and partnerships with a clear view of audience quality, cost, and expected pipeline.Own the partnership side of event execution, including introductions, meetings, follow-up, and measurement.Turn one-off events into ongoing relationships and repeatable access to operators.

Required Skills & Qualifications4-8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or a similar commercial role, especially in the SaaS industry.A track record of taking partnerships from prospecting to agreement to measurable pipeline.Strong commercial judgment. You can tell the difference between a logo partnership and one that will create business.Comfort working with senior external stakeholders and coordinating across sales, marketing, and product.Clear, concise written and verbal communication.High ownership and follow-through in a fast-moving environment.Ability to work across US and Middle East time zones and travel when needed.Experience in HR tech, QSR, restaurants, franchising, frontline hiring is useful but not required.
