What You'll Do

As a Staff Product Manager, you'll own the product vision and strategy for our data protection portfolio:Define and execute product roadmaps that align with customer needs and market opportunities in data protection and business continuityCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomesEngage directly with customers and partners to understand pain points, validate solutions, and drive product adoptionAnalyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify strategic opportunities Champion customer-centric innovation by translating complex requirements into actionable product featuresDrive business results through data-driven decision making, measuring product performance and customer satisfactionMentor team members and contribute to a culture of ownership, belonging, and high performanceCommunicate product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership

Product management, technical, or customer-facing experience in enterprise software or infrastructure.Understanding of data management, cloud technologies, or storage concepts.Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
