Role

BMC platform development responsible for requirements definition, design, implementation, and documentation of the platform.

Required Qualifications

Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a similar degree or related software equivalent experience.

Required Experience/Skills

Hands-on firmware development in C and C++ Knowledge and experience in protocols and technology related to BMC (IPMI, I2C, SPI, RedFish, REST, OS Internals etc.) AMD and Intel server architecture experience Knowledge of Software development processes, working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools. Strong communication and collaboration skills with multi-functional teams. Knowledge on using debugging tools Demonstrated ability in mentoring/developing junior staff members

Proficient Problem-Solving Skills

Strong analytical and debug methodology skills expected. Proficient at recognizing complex problems related to functional objectives. Applies creativity and judgment to developmental work on different projects within the business environment. Ability to analyze situations and implement solutions, or develop new system elements, procedures, or processes. Capable of controlling work priorities and methods requiring trade-offs.
