About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Systems Engineer to design, operate, and improve the enterprise systems that support our workforce.

This role will work across identity, SaaS applications, endpoints, integrations, automation, collaboration platforms, and IT service delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong technical generalist who can troubleshoot complex issues, lead improvements, and use automation and AI to make IT more scalable and efficient.

What You’ll Own

Administer and optimize core enterprise systems and SaaS platforms.Support identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, provisioning, and user lifecycle management.Manage enterprise productivity, collaboration, and endpoint platforms.Build and maintain integrations using APIs, webhooks, scripting, and automation tools.Automate repetitive IT processes such as onboarding, offboarding, access requests, and service delivery.Support platforms such as Microsoft 365, Okta, Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.Lead troubleshooting for complex system, identity, and application issues.Participate in system implementations, migrations, upgrades, and technology improvements.Maintain technical standards, documentation, and operational runbooks.Partner with Security to ensure appropriate access controls, logging, least privilege, and secure configurations.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other IT team members.

Automation & AI

A key expectation of this role is to help IT operate more efficiently through automation and AI.

This Includes

Automating manual workflows and system administration tasks.Building scalable integrations between enterprise applications.Using AI-assisted tools for troubleshooting, scripting, documentation, and service delivery.Improving employee self-service and knowledge management.Identifying practical AI use cases while maintaining appropriate security and governance controls.

What We are Looking For

6+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, IT Engineering, or Enterprise Applications.Strong experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms.Experience with identity platforms such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID.Strong knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, MFA, and access lifecycle management.Experience with Microsoft 365 and endpoint management tools such as Intune or Jamf.Working knowledge of Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, or similar platforms.Experience with APIs, automation platforms, and scripting such as PowerShell or Python.Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.Ability to independently own technical initiatives and work across multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting a cloud-first or global workforce.Experience with Workato, Power Automate, or similar automation platforms.Experience with IT asset management and SaaS administration.Familiarity with AWS or Azure.Experience implementing AI-enabled IT workflows.Relevant Microsoft, Okta, Atlassian, or ITIL certifications are a plus.
