Key Responsibilities

Guide and supervise a team of software engineers in the development and delivery of software solutions Drive the technical direction and ensure the successful execution of projects Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and facilitating their professional growth Work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to comprehend requirements and translate them into software solutions Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in software development Report key KPIs to upper management.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or a related field Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or guiding role Strong technical skills in software development, including proficiency in programming languages and frameworks Excellent guiding and team management abilities Effective communication and people-oriented skills
