Job Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, & SPM.

Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software delivery lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to define processes, workflows, and future-state requirements.

Create functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development teams.

Configure and validate ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and platform best practices.

Support testing activities including UAT, defect management, and go-live readiness.

Collaborate with developers, architects, and process owners to drive successful project delivery and continuous improvement.
