Your Impact

As a Senior QA Automation Developer, you will contribute to ensuring the delivery of reliable, scalable, and high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for validating business requirements, executing testing activities, maintaining automation frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall product quality. Your work will directly influence product performance, customer experience, and delivery efficiency throughout the software release lifecycle.

What The Role Offers

Understand business and functional requirements and prepare or update test cases accordingly.Create test data and execute test cases to validate functionality and system behavior.Report testing outcomes, quality metrics, and track defects through resolution.Monitor and communicate key quality assurance project metrics.Coordinate and collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.Provide regular project status updates to the QA Lead.Manage assigned testing activities independently while maintaining attention to detail and project timelines.Identify, analyze, and resolve project-related challenges and testing issues.Support effective cross-team coordination to ensure successful project delivery.Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts.Participate in peer reviews of documents and automation scripts to ensure quality standards.Promote best practices for maintaining high-quality software products.

What You Will Need To Succeed

6+ years of Strong experience in test scenario creation, test case design, and preparation.Hands-on experience with Selenium and test automation in Java/Python.Ability to design and implement scalable frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).Hands-on experience in testing API/web applications.Hands-on experience with load and performance testing.Knowledge or experience with SQL. Good understanding of defect tracking processes and software testing lifecycle concepts.Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.Ability to independently manage testing activities for assigned modules.Experience working with large-scale, complex, business-critical enterprise applications or products.
