About The Role
We are seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Sales Enablement - Learning + Content Architect to design, govern, and elevate our Go-To-Market (GTM) knowledge engine. This is a highly specialized, hands-on role within the Revenue Enablement team. You won't just oversee file structures, you will actively build high-impact buyer enablement assets, structure our sales enablement systems (Highspot & Confluence), design LMS and live training content, and leverage modern LLMs to code dynamic, branded HTML/iframe experiences for our sales organization.
Note: This role sits directly within our Sales organization and exclusively supports customer-facing teams and revenue generation.
What You Will Do
Content DevelopmentGTM Content Architecture: Design, curate, and govern 'best in class' enablement environments in Highspot (buyer enablement) and Confluence (internal sales knowledge). Hands-on Content Creation: Build visually compelling, highly digestible sales playbooks, pitch decks, live training presentations, and LMS certification modules. Next-Gen Prototyping: Utilize LLMs to draft, code, and deploy custom HTML/iframe experiences directly embedded into enablement pages for interactive sales rep engagement. Content ROI & Findability: Track key engagement metrics across Highspot (buyer usage, rep shares) and Confluence (page views, search bounce rates)Program ManagementGTM Asset Governance: Establish lifecycle management policies, taxonomy standards, and review cadences to keep Highspot and Confluence fresh, searchable, and accurate. Execution & Tracking: Manage multi-phase content rollouts using enablement project trackers, clear action items, and post-launch reviews. Blocker Removal: Proactively identify content gaps, remove delivery roadblocks, and optimize seller findability metrics. Stakeholder ManagementCross-Functional GTM Alignment: Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales Leadership, and Enablement PMs to align content creation with GTM priorities. Communication & Expectations: Maintain tight async communication (Slack, Google Docs) and structured weekly touchpoints with key business partners. Execution & Pace of DeliveryHigh-Velocity Output: Quickly convert strategic ideas into polished enablement assets at the demanding pace of a high-growth GTM team. Self-Driven Ownership: Fully own projects from initial discovery to deployment, maintaining extreme attention to detail and visual polish
What You Will Need
5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Instructional Design, or Learning & Development (L&D), specifically supporting sales or technical teams. High proficiency in Claude or ChatGPT - has built or deployed AI-native enablement tools (content generation, automated workflows, etc)Expert knowledge of L&D principles, curriculum design, and extensive experience administering an enterprise Learning Management SystemProven hands-on proficiency with modern video/AI content creation tools to develop engaging short-form digital learning assets. Exceptional eye for design and content polish, with a demonstrated ability to create visually compelling and usable training and sales materials. Ability to thrive in very fast-paced environments, effectively managing shifting priorities and handling multiple tasks without becoming easily overwhelmed. Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Self-starter with a bias towards action. Strong operational excellence skills – understands how to organize chaos, streamline processes, and create efficient workflows.
