You’ll Make a Difference By

Manage employee data maintenance (EDM) in Workday and ServiceNow (ticketing tool)Process assigned cases (EDM requests) within defined SLAsHandle HR administrative requests using Workday and CRM toolsEnsure accuracy and attention to detail through a proactive approach.Act as the front-facing support for the HR Admin team, handling end-to-end HR transactionsMaintain high standards of accuracy, SLA adherence, and first-time resolution

Your Success Is Grounded In

2years to 3 years of experience in Hire to Retire (H2R) processes – US & Canada (Employee Life Cycle)Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Employee Data Management (EDM)Graduate in any disciplineStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrates a “know-how” approach rather than a “know-what” mindset.Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Strong mindset towards operational excellence
