You’ll make a difference by:
Monitor business travelers and manage related compliance requirements.Proactive identification of compliance and/or risk issues (actual or potential) surrounding all aspects of mobility - immigration and social security regulation requirementsEngage in visa application process for business visa along with monitoring the requestsThis includes ensuring that all payroll and non-payroll delivered assignment & relocation components are accurately accumulated in order that correct instructions can be provided to payroll and reporting teams.Partnering with vendors, such as our relocation, immigration and tax provider to ensure seamless delivery of service to our customersSupport Assignment management tool functionality and ensure it serves its day-to-day purpose and that the related databases remain accurate and up to date.Generation and review of assignment documentationWork with the case manager to continuously review the effectiveness of operational processes and make improvementsManage social security operations end to endPrepare letters and documents needed for immigration and other related activities
Your success is grounded in:
3 +years of experience in global mobility, including immigration, social security, and/or assignment management.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Detail orientated / Attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively and work competently with teams in other geographic locationsEnthusiastic, positive and keen to learn and developAbility to appropriately manage confidential informationWorking knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint - strong MS excel and MS word knowledge preferredWork with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvementsFlexibility and ability to manage several tasks/priorities in a very fast-paced environment
