Job Summary

Join us as a Plant Upstream Planning Leader and take ownership of supply chain execution at the plant level. This is a high-impact role where youll drive operational efficiency, optimize material flow, and collaborate across teams to ensure seamless production and delivery.

Responsibilities

Oversee upstream planning to ensure timely material availability and optimal inventory levels

Analyze supply chain performance data and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks

Partner with production, procurement, and logistics teams to align schedules with demand and supplier capacity

Lead continuous improvement efforts that enhance safety, quality, and operational performance
