Join our manufacturing team as a Senior Engineer leading maintenance operations. You'll optimize equipment reliability, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in ensuring our plant runs at peak performance.
What will you do?
Lead maintenance operations including inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment uptime Oversee spare parts inventory and coordinate resources to minimize operational disruptions Analyze maintenance data to uncover trends and implement initiatives that enhance efficiency Partner with production and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize methods
