Join our manufacturing team as a Senior Engineer focused on PCB assembly process excellence. You'll drive continuous improvement, optimize production workflows, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality products that meet rigorous standards.
What will you do?
Design and implement PCB assembly processes that ensure optimal performance and product quality Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve assembly challenges and implement sustainable solutions Perform quality assurance checks and maintain compliance with industry standards throughout production
