Role Summary

The Sr Specialist is responsible for driving end-to-end planning and inventory execution to ensure optimal in-stock, inventory health and business performance. This role integrates demand signals with inventory actions and partners cross-functionally to deliver strong business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end planning and inventory execution across assigned categories/divisionsEnsure accuracy, timelines and compliance across all deliverablesMonitor and manage key metrics such as Walk in Purchasibility, Availability, OOS and inventory healthLeverage forecasts, promotions and seasonal trends to drive inventory decisionsLead medium to high complexity process ownership and captainshipsBuild and enhance reporting tools, dashboards and templatesAnalyze business performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholdersIdentify risks/opportunities and drive timely resolution through collaboration and escalationPartner with global and cross-functional teams (supply chain, merchandising, stores, fulfilment optimization) to align on prioritiesDrive process improvements through automation, reporting enhancements, and best practicesSupport projects, deep dives and strategic initiatives for the team through strong collaboration and partnerships

Stakeholder Management

Establish regular communication with MPLS and cross-functional partnersShare business updates, challenges and insights consistently to build a strong global teamBuild strong relationships and drive alignment across teams

Preference
