Role:Instructional Designers (Tech): 2+ Years

Essential Job Functions:

Collaborate with different stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to understandprogram scope.

Work with the team and SMEs to develop end-user learning materials. Materials will includestoryboards and course videos, eLearning presentations, hands-on projects, trainer instructiondocument, audio scriptsCollaborating with leads and team members to suggest innovative ideas to enhance processes.

Mandate to have:

Experience with developing Web-based Training modulesExperience with developing Instructor-Led Training materialsEffective oral and written communication skillsExperience in developing primarily non-technical training courses (Technical knowledge is anadvantage)Experience in developing storyboards, audio-scripts, projects, and other study materials.Experience in working with different teams, cultures, and industries.Good understanding learner-centric, performance-based instructional theories and adultlearning principles and their implementation thereofAbility to work effectively in an agile, continuously evolving, and sometimes ambiguousenvironment.Ability to perform reviews of training materials.
