Full job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and product-focused Senior Frontend Engineer to join our Marketplace Portal team. In this role, you will own complex frontend initiatives end-to-end, architect scalable frontend systems, and drive technical excellence across the platform. You will operate with strong problem-solving, architectural awareness, and product thinking, while influencing decisions across teams.

Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end delivery of complex frontend features and modules.

Design scalable, reusable component architectures and frontend patterns.

Optimize performance (rendering, bundle size, responsiveness) and implement efficient data-fetching and caching strategies (React Query).

Drive adoption of observability (Web Vitals, OpenTelemetry) for proactive issue detection.

Write and enforce high-quality, testable code, improving unit and E2E coverage (Playwright).

Establish and evolve state management patterns (Zustand or similar).

Collaborate with Product, UX, and backend teams to shape requirements, APIs, and user experience.

Mentor engineers, contribute to standards, and influence frontend best practices.

Leverage and advocate AI coding companions to improve development velocity, code quality, and delivery outcomes.

Requirements:

4-7 years of experience in frontend development.

Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.

Deep experience with state management and data-fetching (Zustand, React Query, or similar).

Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization (rendering, memoization, bundling).

Experience building scalable frontend applications and component architectures.

Strong experience with testing (unit + E2E, Playwright preferred).

Experience with frontend observability and monitoring.

Ability to independently drive ambiguous problems to solutions.

Strong collaboration and ability to influence technical decisions.

Proven ability to effectively use AI tools to improve productivity and delivery.
