Responsibilities

Responsibility for this position is to develop embedded software for Honeywell fire detection systems requiring expertise in various technologies like C++ programming, RTOS and Linux system programming.

Good Experience in embedded firmware design and development, experience in microcontroller & microprocessor design and interfacingExperience with hardware-software co-design methodologies, enabling seamless collaboration and optimization between hardware and software components.Experience in RTOS, Linux, communications (TCP/IP, RS485, CAN, I2C, SPI,UART)Strong experience in OOAD concepts, C++programmingKnowledge of Linux device drivers, Linux Kernel Programming, Linux Kernel InternalsWorking experience in Yocto-Linux customization and bring-upWell versed with Scaled Agile (SAFE)Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers and systems engineers to ensure integrated and robust system designs.Lead technical problem-solving efforts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in embedded software development processes

Good communications, presentation skills and ability to handle multiple activities/priorities effectively
