We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Architect

In This Role You Will Be

Understand business outcomes work with business stakeholders to define outcomes that are traceable to solution designs. End-to-end solution design for large, multi-market frontline channel products/features, ensuring they meet customer and business outcomes reporting to the senior architect. Create and evolve architecture across build/SaaS/cloud-native solutions, designing for scalability, resilience, portability and cost efficiency. Design integration patterns between CRM/SaaS vendor platforms, cloud services and on‑premises systems (APIs, events/messaging, data flows). Embed AI-enabled capabilities intelligent automation, AI-assisted workflows, human-in-the-loop patterns, integration to AI services. Define physical & deployment architecture working with the subject matter experts to define environments, hosting patterns, networking and deployment approaches. Build in security and NFRs by design working with the subject matter experts authentication/authorisation, data protection, cyber security, performance, availability, observability). Communicate decisions and trade-offs clearly to business and engineering stakeholders, highlighting risks, dependencies and options.Drive governance and risk management—produce architecture deliverables, ensure reviews happen at the right time, and manage deviations from standards with the right approvals.

To be successful in the role

Architecture experience, ideally in financial services, delivering complex platforms end-to-end. A ‘can do’ attitude no day is the same, flexibility to respond to change and challenges Be strong in CRM architecture and extensibility (configuration/customisation, platform patterns, and integration to surrounding systems). Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform is an advantage. Demonstrate solid cloud architecture capability—Azure cloud-native is key; AWS/GCP knowledge is an advantage. Show practical AI solution design experience, including agentic/human-in-the-loop workflows and safe integration patterns. Be fluent in API and event-driven design, including REST, asynchronous messaging, and integration standards. Apply strong security architecture judgement, covering identity, access control, encryption/data handling and cyber risk. Operate confidently in agile, global delivery, guiding engineers with clear direction while staying pragmatic and delivery-focused.Navigate governance, risk and ambiguity well—document decisions, manage stakeholders, escalate early, and stay composed under pressure.
