Key Responsibilities
Define the overall architecture for a large-scale Telecom CRM platform. Design highly available, fault-tolerant, and horizontally scalable microservices. Build systems capable of handling high TPS (Transactions Per Second) and high-volume workloads with low latency. Design event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for asynchronous communication. Establish API standards aligned with TM Forum Open APIs. Define database architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization strategies using MySQL. Drive cloud-native architecture and deployment strategies on Kubernetes. Define security, observability, logging, monitoring, and resiliency standards. Review solution designs and provide technical guidance to development teams. Collaborate with frontend teams to define integration patterns for React-based Micro Frontends. Lead architecture reviews, proof of concepts, and technology evaluations. Mentor senior engineers and promote engineering best practices. Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, maintainability, and security requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
12+ years of software development experience with at least 5 years in an Architecture role. Telecom/BSS/OSS domain experience. Experience implementing TM Forum Open APIs. Experience running Kubernetes in production environments. Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD). Experience with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA). Familiarity with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and IAM solutions such as Keycloak. Experience with performance testing and capacity planning.
