Role Overview

Own end-to-end solution and application architecture for a LangGraph-based HR Agentic Bot — integrating multiple ERP/HR systems across countries on Azure.

What You'll Do

Architect Azure-native infrastructure (Azure Functions, AKS, App Service, APIM) for agentic workloadsDefine integration patterns across heterogeneous ERP and HR systems (REST/SOAP/MCP/event-driven)Design for latency, scalability, and fault tolerance at enterprise scaleGuide and govern DS/DE teams on solution patterns, code standards, and deployment strategyLead sprint-0 architecture workshops; own technical sign-offs

10+ years in software engineering; 4+ years as a solution/application architectHands-on Azure cloud architecture — not just advisoryPrior experience integrating enterprise ERP systems at scaleExposure to GenAI / agentic systems strongly preferredBangalore-based; available for 2-3 days a week in office
