SDET-I — Software Development Engineer in Test

We are looking for an SDET-I who is passionate about automation, quality engineering, and building scalable solutions that improve release confidence and engineering efficiency.What You’ll DoBuild and maintain front-end automation for Android and iOS mobile applications, with a focus on reliable and scalable automation.Understand critical user journeys and business workflows and identify the right scenarios to automate based on risk, impact and usage.Take end-to-end ownership of automation — from identifying opportunities and designing solutions to implementation, execution, debugging and continuous improvement.Drive automation initiatives proactively and continuously identify gaps in automation coverage and quality.Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to provide fast and actionable feedback during development and releases.Focus on outcomes, not test-case count — improve regression time, automation reliability, defect detection and release confidence.Use AI/GenAI tools and approaches to accelerate test-case generation, automation development, test maintenance, failure analysis and identify new automation opportunities.Collaborate with Developers, Product and QA teams to build testable, high-quality products.Investigate automation failures, perform root-cause analysis and ensure issues are driven to closure.What We’re Looking For2–4 years of experience in SDET / QA Automation / Software Testing.Hands-on experience with mobile automation using Appium, MCP, Flutter testing frameworks or equivalent.Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Dart or similar.Good understanding of UI, API and end-to-end testing.Experience with CI/CD, Git and automation frameworks.Experience using AI/GenAI for test automation or software testing is highly desirable.Strong problem-solving, debugging and analytical skills.A quality and outcome-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.Success in This Role
