Role Summary

Develop, enhance and implement software systems designed to support generative AI initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain backend and frontend application codeValidate and monitor the quality of the solutions, with respect to performance, reliability, and user experience standardsEstablish best practices through documentation and trainingDesigning and developing systems for long-term, easy to scalable, enabling production operation with minimal human intervention

Qualifications

Education: BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of experience as a software engineer with a strong focus on backend developmentProficiency in Python, Java, Node.JS, React.jsProven experience with Generative AI frameworks and ModelsExperience working within cloud technologies such as AWS Lambda, CloudFront, S3, EC2, Bedrock1+ year of experience working with foundational LLM models, including deploying, fine-tuning, and integrating models into production environments2+ years experience on Database management systemsContinuous delivery driven, ensuring small and frequent deploymentsKnowledge of professional software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, CI/CD, testing, and operational excellence
