Job Profile:Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integration tools using Python, Golang, and Ruby on Rails.Develop reusable integration frameworks, connectors, and utilities to simplify system-to-system communication.Design and implement REST APIs, webhooks, event-driven integrations, and data exchange workflows.Build tools to support customer integrations, configuration, data transformation, and automation.Design and optimize data solutions using MySQL, NoSQL databases, and Redis.Implement caching, session management, and high-performance data access using Redis.Containerize and deploy backend services using Docker and Kubernetes, including configuration, scaling, troubleshooting, and service management.Build and maintain Kubernetes-based workloads, ensuring availability, scalability, and reliability of backend services.Implement robust error handling, retries, logging, monitoring, and observability for integrations.Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Integration teams to deliver reliable end-to-end backend solutions.Improve existing services through performance optimization, automation, scalability improvements, and technical debt reduction.
