🔹 Position: Service Engineer🔹 Experience: 2-3 Years🔹 Education: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech🔹 Preferred Background: EEE / ECE / Mechanical🔹 Location: Bengaluru🔹 Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (~70%) across India
Key Responsibilities• Handle customer technical queries and provide on-site support• Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues and failures• Repair and refurbish PCBs, batteries, adapters/chargers, OLEDs and detectors• Perform system-level testing and validation• Installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting at customer sites• Prepare technical reports and maintain service documentation• Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution• Provide technical training/refresher training to customers when required
Required Skills• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills• Hands-on experience with electronics/electrical/mechanical systems• Knowledge of diagnostic, assembly, repair and maintenance tools• Good communication and customer-handling skills• Hindi communication skills are required• Proficiency in MS Office• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
