Senior Technical Consultant- Workfront

About the RoleWe are looking for a senior integration architect with a consulting mindset who thrives in complex, client-facing environments. You will work directly with enterprise customers to design and implement work management solutions on the Workfront platform, bringing AI-driven automation and content supply chain thinking to make those solutions future-ready. Based in Bangalore, this is a high-impact consulting role with real scope to shape how global enterprises manage their content and marketing operations.

What You'll DoLead end-to-end integration architecture across Workfront and enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, DAM, CMS, and campaign platformsDesign and implement AI-augmented workflows, replacing rule-based logic with intelligent, agentic automationArchitect Content Supply Chain solutions connecting work management platforms to content creation, approval, publishing, and analytics systemsGuide customers through pre and post-sales, translating complex integration needs into scalable, business-ready solutionsDrive data migration from legacy client tools and systems as part of broader implementation engagementsCollaborate with and influence delivery, pre-sales, and project teams on technical direction across engagementsWhat You Bring10+ years in software development with 8+ years in client-facing integration or implementation consultingHands-on experience with work management platforms (Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, or similar) and IPaaS tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Workfront Fusion, or similar)Practical AI experience including agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen), LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and multi-agent orchestrationBackground in Content Supply Chain, Martech, or digital marketing operationsProficient in Java, Python, or PHP; JavaScript; SQLExperience with enterprise systems of record and data migrationStrong communicator comfortable with executive stakeholders and technical teams equallyAbout Adobe
