What We Are Looking For
3+ years of experience in technologyStrong product design sense - you think about the user, not just the implementationProficiency in any of: PHP, Python, Django, Golang, Java, or C++Ability to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and arrive at effective solutionsGood understanding of REST APIs and the web in generalAbility to build a feature from scratch and drive it to completion independentlyWillingness to learn new technology - whatever lets you deliver the best productClean, well-structured code as a default - with awareness of performance and time complexity trade-offs
AI fluency we expect:
Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants - you use them actively, not occasionallyAbility to decompose problems into structured, constrained prompts with clear expected outcomesCritical review mindset - you own every line of AI-generated code, spot hallucinations, incorrect assumptions, and security gapsStrong LLD depth before agent use - you design first, delegate secondAwareness of where AI helps and where it fails - and the judgment to know the difference
