ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a SeniorFullstack Developer to join our core engineering team in Bengaluru. Youwill own end-to-end product features from ideation and architecture throughto deployment and monitoring working closely with product, design, and datateams. This is a hands-on role where your code ships to production and directlyimpacts thousands of users every day.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

End-to-EndProduct Development: Own complete feature development across the full stack from API design and backend business logic to polished, performant frontendUIs.

BackendEngineering: Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs andmicroservices using Node.js ; ensure high availability, fault tolerance,and optimal performance.

FrontendEngineering: Build responsive, accessible, and high-quality user interfacesusing ReactJS (or equivalent modern framework); enforce best practicesin component design and state management.

Cloud& Infrastructure: Architect and deploy solutions on AWS ,leveraging services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS, CloudWatch, and more.Drive cost-efficient, scalable infrastructure decisions.

AI-AugmentedDevelopment: Actively leverage AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude,ChatGPT, etc.) to accelerate development velocity, improve code quality, andprototype solutions faster.

Low-LevelDesign & Architecture: Lead technical design discussions; produceclear, well-reasoned LLD documents; participate in architecture reviews andensure solutions are maintainable and extensible.

ProblemSolving & Debugging: Investigate and resolve complex production issues;perform root cause analysis; proactively identify and fix performancebottlenecks and reliability risks.

CodeQuality & Reviews: Write clean, testable, well-documented code; conductthorough code reviews; champion engineering best practices and mentoring withinthe team.

Collaboration: Work in a fast-paced agile environment with cross-functional teams includingProduct, QA, DevOps, and Design to deliver high-quality features on time.

ContinuousImprovement: Stay current with emerging technologies, evaluate new toolsand frameworks, and proactively advocate for technical improvements that addbusiness value.

REQUIRED SKILLS& QUALIFICATIONS

Backend

46years of professional experience with Node.js (Express / Fastify /NestJS)

Strongunderstanding of RESTful API design, async programming, and event-drivenarchitecture

Experiencewith relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)

Proficiencywith message queues and async processing (SQS, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)

Frontend

Strongproficiency in ReactJS (Hooks, Context API, Redux or equivalent) orother modern frontend frameworks (Vue, Angular)

Solidcommand of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript

Experiencebuilding component libraries, design systems, or micro-frontend architectures

Familiaritywith build tooling (Webpack, Vite) and testing frameworks (Jest, React TestingLibrary)

Cloud AWS

Hands-onexperience with core AWS services: EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, SQS, CloudFront,VPC, IAM

Experiencewith containerisation and orchestration: Docker, ECS / EKS (Kubernetes)

Understandingof CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, Jenkins)

Problem Solving & Design

Demonstratedability to break down ambiguous problems into well-structured technicalsolutions

Strong low-level design (LLD) skills class diagrams, sequence diagrams, APIcontracts, DB schema design

Soundknowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles

AI Tooling

Hands-onfamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor,ChatGPT, etc.)

Abilityto craft effective prompts and integrate LLM APIs or AI-powered features intoproducts

GOOD TO HAVE

Experiencewith SaaS product development at scale

Knowledgeof observability tools: Datadog, New Relic, Grafana, ELK stack

Exposureto GraphQL, gRPC, or WebSockets

Contributionsto open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio

Priorexperience mentoring junior developers or leading a small engineering pod
