What You'll Do

Build and maintain the Windows agent and probe client that runs on customer endpoints at scaleDevelop the agent's integration with server-side services over SOAP and REST, including generated proxy clientsWork on token acquisition and renewal, session handling and JSON Web Token (JWT) lifecycle between agent and serverImplement device registration, hardware fingerprinting and device identityMaintain agent installer packaging and upgrade paths across supported product versionsDevelop and troubleshoot messaging-based notification and configuration push from server to endpointDiagnose failures that only reproduce on customer machines, working from logs and remote reproduction

What You'll Bring

7+ years building client or agent software, primarily in C#Strong experience integrating a client application with server APIs over SOAP and RESTWorking knowledge of token-based authentication — acquisition, renewal, JWT handling and session stateJava for the server side of agent communicationExperience with installer packaging and software upgrade pathsComfort debugging distributed client-server behaviour where you cannot attach a debugger to the clientDemonstrated use of Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and AI-assisted development lifecycle (AI-DLC) practices, or a directly equivalent methodologyGo experience is beneficialWindows service development and endpoint software experience is beneficial
