Job Title: Senior Service Associate
Department/Function: Wholesale Banking Operations
Job Purpose
Senior Service associate is Client Facing function and act as a SPOC between Business , Operations team and Client to support disbursals, documentation and other ongoing monitoring activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
The roles expects candidates with Knowledge on CAD Process, account opening and Client service to an extent.
Ensure support is provided to client End to End on documentations, transactions.
Ensure proactive follow up and tracking of Covenants that needs to be adhered by the client.
Liaise with CAD, BR ops, CPU team for necessary closure of requests.
Liaise with other banks/NBFC with regards to security document completion and intern liase with Empannelled vendor for closure of reports.
Establish and maintain relationships, providing added value to selected clients and supporting the broader business relationship.
Make independent decisions on client issue resolution within policy frameworks and prioritise actions to meet agreed‑upon TATs.
Ensure enforceable legal documentation for credit facilities as per legal guidance and standard formats/procedures.
Decide on the adequacy of security creation (mortgage, pledge, hypothecation) and approve documentation. Ensure various covenant/deferral tracking in system.
Monitor covenant compliance and trigger remedial actions when breaches are detected.
Liaise with Business Teams, Legal, Credit, etc., for timely and quality deliverables by resolving issues/answering queries.
Take ownership of issue resolution and make binding decisions within scope.
Ensure to meet the clients for resolving queries on documentation for disbursal
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)
Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)
Experience: 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
