JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior SAP & EDI Integration Analyst will be responsible for building, supporting and maintaining EDI integrations between Resideo's customers and its SAP environment.
This is a hands-on technical and functional role responsible for ensuring reliable end-to-end EDI integrations between SAP and external customers.
The role will work closely with SAP functional teams, business users, external trading partners and third-party integration providers to deliver new integrations and resolve production issues.
The successful candidate will have strong SAP and EDI integration experience, including ANSI X12, SAP IDocs, partner profiles, EDI mapping, message processing, monitoring and troubleshooting.
JOB DUTIES:
Own and support day-to-day SAP EDI integrations with customers and other external trading partners. Configure, monitor and troubleshoot SAP IDocs, partner profiles, EDI X12 maps, output processing and related integration components. Support common EDI transactions including 850, 855, 860, 856 and 810, along with their associated SAP IDoc message types. Support onboarding of new EDI customers and trading partners. Analyse customer EDI specifications and translate business requirements into SAP and integration requirements. Develop and maintain EDI mappings and coordinate testing and deployment with internal teams and external integration partners. Troubleshoot production EDI issues end-to-end and perform root-cause analysis to resolve recurring integration failures. Partner with SAP functional teams across Order-to-Cash, Procurement, Logistics, Finance and other business areas. Maintain interface specifications, technical documentation, support procedures and integration inventories. Coordinate with third-party support providers and integration vendors where required. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and improve the SAP integration and EDI landscape.
YOU MUST HAVE:
8+ years of experience in supporting EDI integrations with SAP ECC in a complex SAP environment. 5+ years hands-on knowledge of SAP EDI and IDoc processing. Strong knowledge and practical experience with ANSI X12 EDI standards and transactions. Experience configuring and troubleshooting IDocs, partner profiles and message types. Experience developing, maintaining and troubleshooting EDI maps. Experience supporting customer EDI integrations in a production environment. Experience with EDI mapping, translation and trading partner onboarding. Good understanding of SAP business processes, particularly Order-to-Cash. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently drive issues through to resolution. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, customers and external vendors.
