We are looking for: Senior Salesforce Developer – Agent force & Data 360

You’ll Make An Impact By

Design secure, scalable Salesforce solutions that meet enterprise quality, performance, and governance standards.Develop modular Apex logic and responsive Lightning Web Components with robust unit test coverage.Configure Data 360 ingestion, DSO-to-DMO mapping, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, Segments, and Data Graphs.Enable CRM and AI experiences with unified profiles, real-time insights, Flows, Lightning pages, and Data 360 embeddings.Build Agentforce agents, custom actions, Prompt Templates, guardrails, and grounded responses aligned with the Einstein Trust Layer.Improve agent accuracy through conversation simulations, action testing, prompt optimization, and user feedback.Manage Copado deployments, Git workflows, peer reviews, merge conflicts, and environment consistency across enterprise sandboxes.Collaborate across Agile teams to clarify requirements, resolve dependencies, meet quality gates, and support reliable releases.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

Bring 5 to 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience within enterprise-scale environments.Apply advanced Apex, LWC, Jest, SOQL/SOSL, asynchronous processing, and Salesforce Security/Sharing architecture expertise.Configure Data 360 capabilities, including Data Streams, DMO/DSO mapping, Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, and Data Graphs.Develop Agentforce solutions using Prompt Builder, standard or custom actions, grounding techniques, and auto-launched Flows.Operate Copado, Git, Salesforce CLI (sf), branching, pull requests, metadata promotions, and deployment troubleshooting.Communicate effectively in written and verbal English across globally distributed technical and business teams.Hold a relevant technical degree, with Salesforce, Data 360, AI, Agentforce, or Copado certifications preferred.
