About the role

In this role you’ll be the backbone of our production engine. You’ll work closely with writers, voice artists, sound engineers, and creative teams supporting the US market, ensuring everything runs on time, at quality, and without chaos.This role requires strong communication skills, as you’ll be coordinating across teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring clarity at every step.

Keep production running smoothly: Manage day-to-day workflows and ensure seamless coordination between writing, voice-over, and audio teamsTrack timelines like a pro: Monitor schedules, manage deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of episodesMaintain quality standards: Support quality checks for audio and subtitle content to ensure consistency and accuracyFix what’s slowing things down: Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to make workflows more efficientWork across teams: Collaborate with creative, tech, motion graphics, and production teams to ensure smooth executionSupport tools and systems: Assist in testing and implementing tools that improve production workflowsSolve problems fast: Troubleshoot operational challenges and coordinate solutions with the right teams
