Position Summary

Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for Vault CRM implementation and migration programs. Translate business objectives into a target architecture spanning Vault CRM, the broader Veeva suite (Network, Align, Events, MedComms), integrations, data, analytics, and security. Serve as the technical authority across the engagement and the primary architect-facing interface with US client architecture teams.

Job Responsibilities

Lead solution discovery, current-state assessment, and target-state architecture design on the Vault Platform Design the Vault CRM data model, object relationships, lifecycles, security model, and deployment approach Define integration architecture leveraging Vault APIs, Vault Connections, Veeva Network, and enterprise iPaaS Architect Veeva CRM-to-Vault CRM migration strategy: scope, sequencing, data mapping, parallel operations, cutover Produce architecture artifacts: HLD, LLD, integration architecture, data flow diagrams, NFR specifications Guide technical leads and developers on Vault design patterns; resolve technical escalations Lead architecture review boards; ensure adherence to Veeva Vault best practices and platform limits Drive reusability — build accelerators, reference architectures, and Vault solution patterns for the practice Support pre-sales: solution shaping, effort estimation, RFP responses, and client presentations

Education

Bachelor of Engineering

Master of Technology in Information Technology or Computer
