Role Overview
At Licious, we’re shaping a people-first organization where thoughtful processes, meaningful programs and a strong, authentic culture help our teams do their best work. To strengthen this vision, we’re looking for a People Experience Partner who is curious, eager to learn and excited to contribute across multiple people focus areas.In this role, you’ll work at the sweet spot where data, people programs and business priorities meet. You’ll collaborate with People Experience leaders, HRBPs, Finance and business teams to bring clarity to data, structure to systems and consistency to how our programs show up for employees Licians. Your work will influence how teams set and understand goals, how performance is recognized, how engagement is built and how our culture translates into meaningful everyday experiences for every Lician.If you enjoy connecting details to the bigger picture, have a strong learning mindset and want to build real depth across the backbone of people experience, this role will give you the exposure, ownership and runway you need to truly grow your craft.

Collaborate closely with leaders/people managers to shape people projects that strengthen our culture, boost performance, and make the way we work smoother and smarter.Bring fresh ideas to the table, question the old way of doing things, and help improve our people systems with curiosity and intention.Support the creation and execution of recognition programs that make work feel more meaningful and more human.Keep our org structures sharp and updated, and use org design insights to help leaders make smart workforce decisions.Build clean, insightful dashboards and people analytics reports that turn data into clear, actionable decisions for teams across the organization.Spot inefficiencies quickly and help simplify processes because good People Experience is all about making things easier, not harder.

Have at least 6 years of experience in total rewards—internships totally count if you bring curiosity and the hunger to learn fast.Have comfort working with data and an interest in understanding the story behind the numbers.Be a savant in Excel/Google Sheets.Have a proactive approach to work, with an interest in solving problems and figuring things out independently.Have clear communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams.Have interest in people programs and the processes that help organizations run smoothly and grow.Have a sense of ownership, flexibility, and readiness to take on new tasks in a dynamic environment.
