Responsibilities:
6+ years of work experience with at least 2-4 years of strategy, business consulting and / or program management.2-3 years of work experience in startups previouslyStrong Academics, Preferred Tier 1 institutes.Broad exposure to and hands-on experience with business transformation, program management, change management, and people leadership.Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skillsHigh degree of flexibility and strong collaboration skillsProven ability to translate business strategies and goals into practical action plansEntrepreneurial attitude, creative and driven with a penchant to lead changeOrganized, results-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
