Experience
8–10 years in PMO / programme management, transformation delivery or capability-center / delivery-hub leadership (Senior Manager level)Direct experience standing up and running an offshore / nearshore delivery hub or capability center (GCC / GDC) — mobilisation through steady-stateStrong PMO background — governance, planning, work breakdown, tracking, utilisation and reporting; proven leadership of distributed teams across locations and cultures
