💻The roleWe are looking for a Senior Manager, Partner Marketing to lead and grow Headout’s co-marketing function with supply partners. You’ll identify high-value partnership opportunities, build and sell co-marketing solutions, own the revenue pipeline and P&L, and lead execution across internal teams. You’ll work with some of the world’s most iconic attractions and destinations, including theme parks, museums, landmarks, and tourism boards across markets. This role sits at the intersection of commercial ownership and marketing judgment. You’ll need the sales instinct to win partnerships, the creative and channel understanding to shape compelling campaigns, and the ability to bring teams together to deliver measurable results.

This role is based in Bengaluru. We’re looking for candidates who are local or open to relocating.

You’ll own the Partner Marketing pipeline and P&L end-to-end, from spotting opportunities and building proposals to negotiating, closing, and growing partnerships.Shape a growing opportunity. Your partners will include some of the world’s most iconic attractions, theme parks, and tourism boards across Headout's markets.Be the senior marketing voice. You’ll be the marketing point of contact for strategic accounts, understanding their objectives and translating them into campaigns that work for both sides.Take campaigns from pitch to impact. You’ll shape audience strategy, creative direction, messaging, and channel planning, then bring internal teams together to deliver and measure the work.Build the function as you go. You’ll have the opportunity to define the processes, measurement frameworks, and commercial playbooks that take Partner Marketing from an emerging capability into a core business line.

💝What skills & experience do you need?Commercial ownership: 6–8 years of experience in ad sales, brand partnerships, supplier marketing, or commercial partnerships at a consumer marketplace, platform, or OTA, with direct ownership of a revenue target, quota, or P&L.Partnership instinct: You know how to understand a partner’s objectives, package the right solution, price it well, pitch it persuasively, and negotiate your way to a win.Marketing judgment: You can develop credible campaign proposals, contribute to creative thinking, and make informed choices across audiences, messaging, and marketing channels.End-to-end ownership: You’ve taken complex partnerships from opportunity to execution and can keep multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities moving without losing sight of the outcome.Strong communicator: You’re clear and persuasive in partner conversations, proposals, internal business cases, and campaign reports.Influence without authority: You can bring multiple teams together, resolve blockers, and drive outcomes even when the people doing the work don’t report to you.Builder mindset: You enjoy creating structure where there isn’t much yet and are comfortable owning both the commercial growth of a function and the quality of its work.
