Job Title: Senior Manager HRBP – Pan IndiaCompany: VedantuLocation: BengaluruFunction: Human Resources – Business PartneringReports to: Head of HRAbout the RoleVedantu is looking for a Central HRBP to act as a strategic partner to business leaders across locations, driving people strategy, performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness at a pan-India level. This role requires someone comfortable operating across multiple business units/regions, balancing central policy consistency with local nuance.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business heads/branch leadership across India on workforce planning, org design, and people strategyDrive end-to-end talent lifecycle interventions — onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planningOwn and analyze people metrics (attrition, engagement, hiring funnel health) across regions and translate them into action plansLead employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes in line with policyPartner with TA on hiring plans, budget vs. actual tracking, and quality-of-hire feedback loopsDesign and roll out engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives across a distributed, pan-India workforceEnsure consistent policy implementation while adapting to regional/location-specific requirementsCoach and enable people managers on performance conversations, feedback, and team healthPartner with COEs (L&D, Comp & Ben, TA) to execute central HR programs at the regional/branch levelTrack and report HR dashboards to leadership on a regular cadenceRequirementsMBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent6–10 years of HRBP experience, with at least 2–3 years handling a pan-India or multi-location remitPrior experience in edtech, EdTech-adjacent, retail, or high-growth startup environments preferredStrong stakeholder management skills — comfortable engaging with business heads, branch managers, and leadershipData-driven approach to HR — comfortable with HR metrics, dashboards, and translating numbers into narrativeWillingness to travel across locations as neededExcellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
