Remove operational bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and improve cross-company alignmentEnsure context, and priorities are deployed with maximum leverage by managing information flow, sequencing decisions, and clearing noiseBuild and maintain the company’s strategic narrative for internal and external stakeholders - investors, partners, and global teams
