Job OverviewThe Senior Manager, Engineering Methodology & Tools leads the development and evolution of engineering methodologies, tools, and processes that enable scalable, high-quality product development across the organization.

This role is responsible for advancing modern engineering practices—including AI-enabled productivity, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), and workflow transformation—to improve engineering effectiveness and accelerate innovation.Working closely with engineering leadership, product development teams, and cross-functional partners, this role drives the standardization and continuous improvement of engineering practices to ensure the organization remains competitive with rapidly evolving customer and market demands in high-speed connectivity and data center infrastructure.

In addition to methodology and process leadership, the role oversees engineering capability development through scalable onboarding programs, early-career talent incubation, and initiatives that strengthen collaboration, knowledge sharing, and engineering culture across global teams.
