Full job description
Toddle is an AI-powered teaching and learning platform for K–12 schools. Built by educators, for educators, it is used by over 200,000 educators across 2,500+ schools in 100+ countries.
Teachers today work 50+ hours a week. Too much of that time is spent navigating fragmented systems and administrative overhead. Our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is to save teachers 10+ hours every week while helping elevate their practices, so that time can go back to what matters most - teaching, learning, and meaningful time with students.
Our approach is three-pronged.
First, Toddle brings the entire teaching and learning lifecycle into one place. Teachers plan and map curriculum, create assessments and gradebooks, maintain student portfolios, communicate with families, and generate progress reports and transcripts - all from a single, coherent system. Toddle also supports adjacent workflows where teachers are closely involved, including attendance, timetables, calendars, accreditation, behaviour management, analytics, and insights.
Second, every layer of the platform is deeply AI-powered. Educators work with a thoughtful AI partner to plan curriculum, create lessons and assessments, assist with grading, write progress report comments, and derive insights from data. Toddle also offers student-facing AI Tutors, enabling highly personalized and immersive learning experiences.
Third, Toddle integrates seamlessly with the broader school technology ecosystem. The platform supports 50+ integrations across SIS platforms, content providers, data & integration platforms, and workspaces such as Google, Apple, and Microsoft.
You can watch our founder and CEO’s overview of Toddle here.
Headquartered in India with a multicultural team across 20+ countries, Toddle is built by former educators and school practitioners who understand the realities of classrooms firsthand. We care deeply about craft, clarity, and reducing unnecessary complexity for teachers. People who thrive at Toddle enjoy building thoughtful systems, care about real-world impact, and are motivated by long-term change in K-12 education.
Here’s what you’ll be doing
We are looking for an experienced and passionate educator, with experience of teaching in K-12 schools, to join our team in the role of Senior Manager, Learning and Engagement. In this role, you will own the design, delivery, and evolution of Toddle’s professional learning experiences for educators and school leaders around the world.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of learning design, community building, and growth. You’ll play a pivotal role in determining how we engage the community of educators and school leaders in progressive schools.
This role has two core pillars:
1) Design world-class learning experiences and build educator communities
Create a comprehensive events and community strategy that addresses the needs, interests, and challenges of educators and school leaders.
Own the end-to-end design and delivery of Toddle’s professional learning experiences, ensuring they are inspiring, practical, and grounded in the realities of progressive schools.
Conceptualise, design, and deliver 2–3 virtual learning experiences for school leaders each quarter, including defining themes, sourcing speakers, and shaping learning outcomes.
Plan and execute 10–12 in-person meet-ups each year, working closely with host schools to curate meaningful, community-driven experiences.
Build trusted relationships with educators, school leaders, speakers, and partner schools to co-create locally grounded experiences and nurture engagement beyond individual events.
2) Write content that supports marketing and sales
Develop a deep understanding of Toddle’s products, prospective buyers, customer journeys, and competitive landscape.
Write clear, compelling distribution copy for landing pages, emails, social media, ads, and educator forums to maximise reach and engagement.
Research and write high-quality middle- and bottom-of-funnel content, including case studies, customer stories, competitor pages and one-pagers, sales collateral, video testimonials, and product videos.
Turn product capabilities, customer evidence, and competitive research into clear, differentiated arguments that address buyer questions and help prospective schools make confident decisions.
Build and maintain feature and solution pages on Toddle’s website, ensuring our product messaging remains clear, compelling, and current.
Partner closely with sales, product, customer success, and design teams to identify content gaps and create assets for different buyer personas and stages of the decision-making journey.
Is this someone who looks like you?
4-7 years of experience as a K-12 educator, in any curriculum, subject, or geography. Prior experience in marketing, content, or communications is a plus – but not required.
A genuine love for writing – you enjoy putting ideas into words, whether that’s an email, a social post, a case study, or a talk to a room full of teachers.
Educators who are curious about marketing, storytelling, or community-building are strongly encouraged to apply, even without a formal marketing background.
Strong organisational skills with experience managing events and communication campaigns.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to give direct, empathetic feedback.
Location - Remote, with base location anywhere in India
