What makes the role meaty?

Establishing a common weekly/monthly Supply Finance cadence across Plants and drive standardisation of MIS, controls and KPIs.Coordinating with local Plant Finance on weekly basis - drive common agendaBenchmarking Plant performance on cost, yield, productivity, conversion and other operational metrics; identify gaps and drive cross-site improvement.Tracking end-to-end Plant economics and identify leakage/opportunity areas across sourcing, inward, production and dispatch.Driving budget deployment, forecast and performance reviews at PC level level, with clear accountability for closure.Building business cases for strategic partnerships, capacity/network decisions and other Plant-side initiatives.Acting as the finance partner to Plant head & Supply Team at HO, and other central stakeholders.

We hope that you are...

CA/CMA with 5–7 years post-qualification experience in Supply Chain/Plant Finance; FMCG/food/perishables experience preferred.Strong understanding of costing, inventory, yield/cost variances and operational metrics.Strong analytical and business partnering skills; SAP and advanced Excel required,Experience working with senior operations & other relevant stakeholders and driving performance improvement across multiple locations.Willingness to travel to plants on need basis.
