Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager in Benefits. This individual will thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and work on a team to develop and implement Health & Welfare benefits, Awards & Leave Policy that fuel our business and talent strategies, while delivering an amazing associate experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement and/or manage Health & Welfare benefit plan designs that align with the company’s strategic objectives and deliver a transformed associate experienceManage plan or program financialsUtilize data to understand plan or program performance and drive design recommendationsDevelop effective communication plans to optimize impact, understanding of and engagement in benefits and programsEffectively manage vendor partnerships Ensure that benefit plans are administered in compliance with federal and state laws and regulationsAnalyze current and developing legislation, external benchmarking and other environmental factors impacting plan performance and program competitivenessIdentify and implement technology solutions to improve the associate experience and drive greater integration across health and welfare programs. Audit and analyze internal compensation practices in relation to relevant regulations. Develop recommendations for corrective actions as needed. Provide compensation consultation to HR and business clients.

Basic Qualifications:

MBA or PGDM Full-timeAt least 12 years of experience on Health & Welfare Benefits design, strategy and management

Preferred Qualifications:

4+ years of People leader experience8+ years experience with Benefits governance practicesSolid business acumen and strategic thinker and problem solverExperience working within a highly-matrixed environment Knowledge of human resources and compensation including knowledge of relevant Federal, State, Local laws/regulations relating to compensationStrong analytical skills and knowledge of statistical analysisWork experience in a Design-thinking/agile/User-experience/transformational work settingStrong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsStrong skills in influencing, teamwork and collaboration
