The RoleFlipkart is looking for a high-impact leader to spearhead the growth of our Auto Loan Marketplace. As theSenior Manager of Business Development, you will be the primary architect of our 2-Wheeler (2W) and4-Wheeler (4W) financing ecosystem. You aren't just managing a product; you are building a scalablebusiness from the ground up within the Flipkart app, ensuring that millions of customers have seamlessaccess to vehicle credit.Key Responsibilities● Lender Onboarding: Identify, negotiate, and integrate with leading Banks, NBFCs, and CaptiveFinance companies to build a diverse lending panel.● OEM & Dealer Relations: Build strategic alliances with major 2W/4W manufacturers (OEMs) andlarge dealer networks to integrate financing at the point of intent.● Product Ecosystem: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to build a frictionless"Apply-to-Disburse" journey for users.● Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence internal product teams and external C-suiteexecutives at banking institutions.● Revenue Growth: Take full accountability for the Auto Loan P&L, focusing on Top-line(Disbursement volumes) and Bottom-line (Commission/Fee income).● Market Penetration: Design and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to scale the businessacross Pan India digitally.● Incentive Design: Manage subvention programs and promotional budgets to drive conversionwithout eroding margins.● Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity and have the grit to build a verticalin a fast-paced environment.● Funnel Optimization: Deep-dive into the conversion funnel—from lead generation to loansanction—to identify and fix drop-offs.● Risk & Quality: Work closely with the partners Risk team to ensure the lead quality meets lenderappetite while maintaining a healthy "Approval Rate."● Analytical Rigor: You are a "Power User" of Excel. You don't just report numbers; you find thestory within them to drive strategy.What We Are Looking For● Experience: 6–10 years of experience, ideally in a FinTech, Digital Lending, or a high-growthE-commerce environment. Direct experience in Auto Finance is a huge plus.Qualifications:Education: MBA in Finance, Banking or a related field.Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in lending operations, with at least 5 years in the Two-Wheelerfinance sector.
